Vendor Registration

The Washington Science Teachers’ Association (WSTA) invites you to join us as an exhibitor at our annual conference, October 17 to 19, 2014. The location for this years’ conference is Spokane Convention Center, Spokane, Washington.  This Eastern Washington city is located along the beautiful Spokane River, and is close to major education, research, technology, and manufacturing institutions. As such, it is the ideal location for Washington Science Teachers to gather and gain insight into Science education. In addition the conference gives teachers opportunities to explore the new Next Generation Science Standards, science instructional materials and engage in dialogue with science professionals through workshops and vendor exhibits. The vendor exhibits have always been rated highly by attendees and I would encourage you to join us in making the 2014 WSTA Conference in Spokane a success for all our teachers of science.

Give a Presentation in Spokane
In addition to being an exhibitor; consider being a presenter at the conference. We are looking for presentations coordinated with the conference theme, “Science and STEM for All”. Presentations need to address the Next Generation Science Standards adopted by Washington State. They should also fall into one of our strands for the conference. Presentations that are hands-on/minds-on are encouraged. Please remember that the presentation in educational for our attendees and not a time to sell product.  Below is the link for the call for proposals.

After September 15th, 2014 we can still accept vendors on a first come first served basis, and not guaranteed, and for an additional 25% fee BUT we would still love to have you.

Your Role as Exhibitor
Those involved in education, both teaching professionals and those providing material support, share common interests. One of these interests is sharing new products, techniques, and innovative ideas to enhance the educational process. Attendees to the conference enthusiastically visit the Exhibits Area to consider new products and ideas demonstrated by WSTA exhibitors. To insure a high flow of traffic by your booth will be in a large room open to the entrance foyer.  We will also have our Friday night registration reception in this hall.  This was well attended last year and a hit with the venders.
