Why would you support sending science teachers to the Washington Conference on Science Education?

How do we get the deal?

• At the district level, support 5 teachers to attend the WSTA conference. 
• At the school level, support >50% of a school's science staff. (Our hope is that this makes it easy for small schools to meet the minimum.)
